Granite Peak RV Resort is pleased to offer long-term RV lots for rent in Missoula, MT for those who prefer a slower pace of travel as well as those with careers that demand such a lifestyle. We routinely host traveling nurses, construction workers, full-time families, utility crews, and many other traveling professions.

We understand that flexibility is of upmost importance to full-timers. Which is why we require 0 days notice when vacating your spot and provide full pro-rated refunds for any days unused (for those paying by-the-month and not utilizing the prepaid discount). You do not need to deal with setting up or cancelling utility accounts or paying multiple bills – we handle everything from your monthly payment which can be made online!

Each long-term spot includes water, sewer, 30 & 50 Amp electrical connections, and WiFi for all your devices.

Availability

Please note availability is generally extremely limited during the summer. Next-year reservations become available around mid-October each year. We recommend booking your summer spot by no later than around December or January.

In the off-season (Oct 1 – May 1) we have around 30 long-term spots with water available.

Rates

Peak-Season (May 1 – Oct 1)

During the peak season, rates are based on the same nightly dynamic prices that would be charged to an overnight guest. The only discount offered is our 10% weekly discount which cannot be combined with any other discounts. Once you create a reservation the rates structure in place at the time of booking is “locked in”.

For the 2024 season we will be moving to a flat rate system for monthly stays. Stay tuned for updates!

Off-Season (Oct 1 – May 1)

The off-season (Oct 1 – May 1) rate for 2023-2024 is $1000 per month. This includes all of your utilities including unlimited electricity.

A discounted rate of $900 per month is available to those who would like to prepay for the entire 7 months (Oct – May).

Also of note during the off season: the bathhouse is closed along with many of our other amenities. The laundry room does remain open. Snow removal is conducted on park roads but not on individual sites. You are responsible for your own snow removal around your rig.

Deposit

There is a $500 deposit required to create a reservation of 30 nights or more. The $500 deposit is non-refundable. The only exception to the non-refundable nature of the $500 deposit is if we deny your stay due to a failed background check.

Requirements

• You must meet all the requirements laid out in our terms & conditions.
• All guests whether short-term or long-term must abide by the rules set in our terms & conditions and any other rules or signage posted at the resort. At Granite Peak RV Resort, we hold our long-term guests to a higher standard than overnight guests… The longer you are here, the more we expect you to know and follow the rules.
• Granite Peak RV Resort endeavors to be a family-friendly resort year-round. For this reason, those with a troubled past (felons, sexual offenders, etc.) need not apply.
• Furthermore, if you partake in the use or sale of illegal substances or any other illegal activity. This is not the place for you. We’re just going to kick you out and keep your deposit so why even try?
